Maria Remboulis Brady is a Multi-State Navigator in the Dallas Office of Apprenticeship, where one of her primary responsibilities is working with the region’s State Apprenticeship Agencies to expand Registered Apprenticeship (RA) programs and opportunities. Ms. Brady is also a national expert on WIOA as it pertains to RA, including federal policy on the Eligible Training Provider List, due to her heavy involvement writing the federal regulations, as well as policy guidance that includes TEGL 8-19, Change 1.

Prior to the creation of this new position in 2015, Ms. Brady was a Performance Management and Reporting Specialist, where she spent over twenty-five years focused on accountability and performance measurement, working in three different regional offices. Before her ETA career, Ms. Brady was a research associate, specializing in the design and implementation of qualitative research focused on federally funded employment and training programs. Ms. Brady is also a certified trainer and facilitator. She received a B.S. summa cum laude in Management and Psychology from St. John’s University, and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
