Jennifer Wilson, Ph.D.


Dr. Jennifer Wilson is an independent consultant and founder of Triple C Solutions, LLC, a seasoned
workforce and education leader bridging the gap between policy, education and workforce development.
Through Triple C Solutions, she advises community colleges, workforce boards, and industry partners on
funding strategy, program design, and workforce innovation. She began her career as a social worker and
discovered a passion for creating sustainable change through developing economic mobility programs that
align with the needs of workforce. Wilson has served in a variety of administrative roles in higher
education, including Vice President for Business Solutions, Dean of Arts and Sciences, Executive Dean
for Transfer and Workforce, regional administrator for workforce education, director for Adult Literacy,
and industry trainer. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies–Higher Education, a
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family Studies,
and is a licensed social worker.
Wilson is a nationally recognized leader in workforce development. She has tackled federal and state
issues through advocacy, overseen WIOA Title I and Title II programming, developed braided funding
models for short-term training, built career pathways for underrepresented populations, and cultivated
industry partnerships. She helped lead a $28 million bond referendum, secured multi-million dollars in
cumulative grants and legislative appropriations, created a Small Business Development Center service
model now replicated statewide, built a CRM framework that reduced administrative reporting time by
25%, and increased non-credit enrollment by 39%.
Wilson has served on several local workforce boards for nearly 20 years and most recently sat as a board
member for the National Association of Workforce Boards for the past three. She was chair of NAWB’s
membership committee and a finance committee member. She has delivered workforce training and
professional development throughout her career, focused on building stronger outcomes for employers
and job seekers alike. Today, she partners with organizations nationwide to strengthen workforce systems
and expand economic opportunity.
