Traci Marques

Traci Marques is a nationally recognized workforce development leader with more than three decades of experience advancing workforce innovation, employer engagement, and public-private partnerships. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of the Pikes Peak Workforce Center in Colorado, leading workforce strategies across both urban and rural communities, and previously served as NAWB’s Region 4 Liaison, bringing a local, regional, and national perspective to workforce system leadership. Today, as Founder and Principal of Reimagining Workforce Strategies, Traci brings a practitioner’s perspective to national workforce initiatives, helping translate local implementation experience into strategies that strengthen workforce systems, expand economic opportunity, and prepare communities for the future of work.
