Tiffany Nicholson is an Army veteran, workforce & economic development strategist, executive producer, and Founder & Principal Consultant of TEN Consulting, where she partners with national organizations, employers, workforce systems, foundations, and education leaders to design skills-first talent strategies that strengthen regional economies and expand economic opportunity.

Through TEN Consulting, Tiffany advises organizations including the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB), the Competency-Based Education Network (CBEN), Innovate + Educate (I+E), the Economic Mobility Center (EMC), and other national and regional partners on workforce innovation, employer engagement, work-based learning, credential strategy, economic mobility, and cross-sector collaboration.

A recognized convener and event strategist, Tiffany has served as executive producer and strategic lead for some of the workforce and education field’s most impactful national convenings, including Close It Summit with Innovate+Educate, NAWB Forum + Workforce Impact Summit, the Win-Win Workplace Summit, NM SHRM Chapter Annual Conference, and the NM Education Teachers Conference. She specializes in designing experiences that unite leaders from business, education, philanthropy, workforce development, and government to spark collaboration, drive innovation, and accelerate systems change.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning workforce development, economic development, higher education, employer partnerships, public policy, and strategic consulting, Tiffany is known for translating complex challenges into practical solutions, building trusted partnerships, and creating initiatives that connect people to meaningful careers while helping employers develop stronger talent pipelines.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University. Her personal journey navigating education, healthcare, and workforce systems has strengthened her commitment to expanding opportunity, removing barriers, and ensuring every individual is recognized for their skills, potential, and ability to succeed.
