The South Central Workforce Development Board is seeking an experienced partner to develop and deliver an innovative AI-Powered Career Readiness Workshop that equips job seekers with practical, responsible AI skills for employment success.
This initiative is designed to help ensure individuals across South Central Kentucky have access to emerging AI tools while building the confidence and digital skills needed to compete in an evolving labor market. The selected provider will play a key role in advancing workforce innovation through instructor-led training aligned with WIOA priorities and responsible AI use. The RFP aligns with broader workforce efforts to build AI literacy and prepare job seekers for an AI-enabled economy.
