Washington, D.C. | October 2, 2025 – Earlier this week, it was shared with National Association of Workforce Boards’ members that after careful consideration, Brad Turner-Little, President and CEO, has resigned for personal reasons, effective immediately.
Under his leadership, NAWB increased membership, elevated the voices of workforce leaders across the country, and maintained a strong presence on Capitol Hill. The NAWB Board of Directors and staff are grateful for Brad’s dedicated service to the association and to the national network of workforce boards over the past two years.
The Board of Directors has appointed Erica Greeley as Acting CEO. Erica served as NAWB’s Executive Vice President and has demonstrated a strong commitment to NAWB’s vision, mission, and community. She will lead the staff with the full support of the Board as the organization continues to advance its mission.
During the organization’s Annual Member meeting this week, NAWB announced the officers and members of its 2025–2026 Board of Directors, consisting of workforce industry leaders from across the country who will guide NAWB in the year ahead.
“Strong, engaged leadership is the foundation of our ability to support and advocate for local workforce development boards nationwide,” said Acting CEO Erica Greeley. “This year’s Board represents a wide spectrum of expertise and perspectives, and I’m eager to work together with them as we continue to drive innovation and impact across the workforce system at this critical time.”
