Connecting Communities

NAWB’s Regional Liaisons leverage the collective experience and insights of a group of workforce system leaders who are committed to advancing the workforce development ecosystem.

Regional Liaisons represent the interests of local and state workforce development boards and are a critical conduit for information and dialogue across the network. Their contribution strengthens the workforce network by capturing and sharing information across regions, identifying and elevating successful innovation, and informing NAWB strategy.

NAWB Liaisons:

  • Strengthen the connection between NAWB and its members across the U.S. and its territories.
  • Regularly communicate with workforce board and state association leadership in their regions about the issues that matter most across the network.
  • Represent NAWB at events in their regions and lead regional conversations.
  • Regional Liaisons represent each of the six Department of Labor regions as seen below.
