About the speaker: Tara Martin, PhD, is an Evaluation Specialist in the DOL’s Chief Evaluation Office. Her portfolio includes oversight of administrative data research projects focused on utilizing data to support DOL agencies in evidence-informed decision-making. Tara has published in peer-reviewed journals on topics including reentry challenges and crime victimization, and she has conducted program evaluations related to crime prevention.
