Purpose of Microsoft Generative AI for Career Coaches
NAWB’s partnership with Microsoft has demonstrated the potential adoption of AI Copilot technology. It’s not about replacing people – it’s about giving the existing workforce access to enterprise knowledge so they can perform their tasks safely and with expert efficiency.
AI is the bridge between today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities. The AI tools provided in these trainings are meant to emphasize human interaction.

Focus areas
Automate routine tasks to save time: AI will handle repetitive tasks, allowing career coaches to focus more on personalized client interactions.
Improve client interactions and reduce administrative burdens: By streamlining administrative tasks, career coaches can spend more time helping clients with their career goals.
Identify and design pathways for individual career advancement: How to use AI to identify skills and competencies, suggest career maps, job matching, as well as training and development opportunities.

Emphasize Human Interaction
Emphasizing human interaction is at the core of our approach. These tools are designed to enhance connections between people, fostering empathy and understanding with clients. This human-centric focus is critical, as it allows staff to provide personalized support. AI plays a complementary role by streamlining everyday tasks and managing routine processes.
