Emphasizing Human Interaction: Tools for Career Coaches

Emphasizing Human Interaction: Tools for Career Coaches

AI plays a powerful complementary role in workforce development by streamlining routine tasks and simplifying daily workflows. When used thoughtfully, these tools give staff more time to focus on what matters most—the human side of their work. That’s the key takeaway from our recent AI training for career coaches, where participants learned how Generative AI can boost efficiency while strengthening client engagement.

As of May 2025, 315 workforce development professionals have participated in the Career Coach training, thereby engaging more than 56,700 jobseekers. Each participant received a certificate of completion.

Human interaction remains at the center of our approach. AI is not a replacement for relationships—it’s a support that enhances them. By reducing administrative burden, these tools help staff spend more time fostering trust, building empathy, and providing personalized guidance to the individuals they serve.

If you missed those sessions, you can still explore the tools and techniques we introduced.
