Post-Conference Session: Working Smarter With AI: Building an Ethical, AI-Literate Workforce

03/26/26

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the workforce faster than any technology before it, and workforce leaders are being called to guide this change with clarity, confidence, and care. Join Jonathan Liebert, Past Chair of the Colorado Workforce Development Council, CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado, and author of Thought Partner: The Fusion of Soul and System – The AI Collaboration, for a fast-paced, highly interactive keynote & workshop designed for professionals navigating AI’s rapidly evolving landscape.

This session moves beyond hype and fear to focus on what truly matters: ethical and responsible AI use, real-world productivity gains, and building true AI literacy across teams. Jonathan reframes AI as a thought partner—a powerful collaborator that enhances human judgment, learning, and decision-making rather than replacing it. Through live demonstrations of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, NotebookLM, and others, so participants will see exactly how AI can be applied in everyday workforce settings.

Attendees will leave with practical skills, immediately usable tools, and a clear framework for leading human-centered AI adoption—grounded in ethics, strategy, and purpose. This is not a theory session; it’s a leadership-focused experience designed to prepare workforce professionals to lead confidently in an AI-enabled future.

**NOTE: This is a post-conference on Thursday after The Forum 2026. Attendees will want to ensure they make adequate travel accommodations.**
