REGIONAL LIAISONS

Regional Liaisons and Workforce Regional Meetings

NAWB Liaisons, themselves members, represent the interest of NAWB members and provide leadership, guidance, and support to build and strengthen NAWB capacity to develop a blueprint for workforce development policy through:

•    Serving as “Directors in Residence” that strengthen the connection between NAWB and it members across the US and Territories

•    Regular communication with workforce development boards in their region on NAWB news and issues that matter most to NAWB members

•    Speaking at events in their region, or through original content creation (blogging), or leading community conversations at the Forum to help NAWB raise the profile of issues of interest to the system

NAWB members can connect with their region in the NAWB Member Site discussion groups

The regions are based off the Department of Labor's six regions:
