Workforce capacity building

NAWB supports and promotes the work of its members through a comprehensive program of advocacy, technical assistance, and communications activities. Services are designed to help Workforce Investment Board members educate key policy makers about their important mission, secure the role of the business sector in workforce development, build organizational capacity and effectiveness, and network with the nationwide job training and workforce development community to identify industry innovations and best practices.

With its vast knowledge of workforce boards and the entire workforce system, NAWB can field requests by phone and email to identify the technical assistance providers, resources, and best practices you need to develop solutions and take advantage of opportunities.
