RFP: Operate Workforce Solutions, the Gulf Coast Workforce Board's Regional System

The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) solicits qualified organizations to operate the Gulf Coast Workforce Board’s regional system, currently known as Workforce Solutions. Workforce Solutions helps employers meet their employment needs and individuals build careers in a 13-county area of southeast Texas. Approximately $175 to $200 million is available to provide services for more than 400,000 businesses and people for a first year contract.

Northern Kentucky Workforce Investment Board (NKWIB)

RFP Announcement: WIOA Direct Workforce Services AND One-Stop Operator

The NKWIB is seeking proposals for organizations to perform direct workforce services for adults, dislocated workers, and youth, and provide business services to employers and to serve as the One-Stop Operator for Northern Kentucky’s Kentucky Career Center network covering 8 counties in Northern Kentucky.

The conference will be held in the Northern Kentucky Area Development District conference room located at 22 Spiral Drive, Florence, KY. This bidder’s conference will address questions about roles sought by the RFP issued for One-Stop Operator and Direct Workforce Services Provider. Bidders are not required to attend the conference and failure to attend will not affect the score of a bidder’s proposal. Please notify Ann McGlone by phone or e-mail if you plan to attend this meeting.

Workforce Alliance, South Central CT

RFQ: One Stop Operator

Workforce Alliance is the workforce development board for South Central CT. We work with public workforce partners to align workforce programs to meet the needs of jobseekers, workers and employers to keep the region at the forefront of industry and technology. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requires that each local workforce area procure a “one-stop operator” whose responsibility will be to coordinate among the American Job Center partner programs.

RFP: WIOA One-Stop Operator

The County of Kane is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced vendor to coordinate the delivery of workforce services among mandated federal programs as envisioned under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) within the comprehensive One-Stop center in North Aurora, Illinois which services Kane, Kendall and DeKalb Counties.
