Executive Vice President, Workforce Services (KY)

A bachelor’s degree is required.  Master’s degree is strongly preferred.  Must have at least 15 years management experience, 10 years senior management experience in the workforce and/or human services field.  Experience with TANF and WIA programs, working with Workforce Boards, and the quasi-governmental and/or government sectors is required.  Requires knowledge of financial and business principles with previous profit and loss responsibility.  Requires strong oral and written communication skills in both group and individual settings; lead and work in a team based environment; establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with customers, peers, staff and partners; work in a fast paced environment demonstrating flexibility and ability to adapt to change.  Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to develop functional teams in multi-site operations.

This position will be responsible for the management of all Workforce operations, Domestic and International.  This responsibility includes strategic planning, business development, quality assurance, financial initiatives, internal and external quality outcomes, contract compliance and compliance with local, state and federal law.  Requires extensive travel (50%+).  Work hours can be extensive and regular site visits to operations supervised are expected.
